Gary is the founding pastor of Indian Creek Community Church in Olathe, Kansas, and co-founder of CMA with his friend Robin Wood. Gary his wife Belinda reside in Olathe, Kansas, where they planted Indian Creek with a group of 27 people in September of 1985. Today, Indian Creek serves over 1,300 people on a typical weekend and has over 2,500 people call the church home. Over the past 20 years, Indian Creek has planted two churches and assisted three other new church plants. Gary and Belinda have 3 children and enjoy traveling to speak and lead conferences. They are ministers nationally and internationally, in countries such as India, China, Russia, Africa, and Mexico.

Tom is the the lead pastor and founder of Journey Church in West Chester, Ohio. Tom was recently appointed Vice President of CMA and will be serving to coordinate the CMA coaching network across the US, as well as working with Gary to cast vision and direction for the CMA movement. He and his wife Andrea, along with some of their closest friends, started Journey in January of 2006. They have a son, Tytus and a daughter, Hannah.

Patsy began serving CMA in 2006 as office administrator and assistant to the CMA President. She was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma and graduated in 2004 from Clemson University. She and her husband Cole live in Lexington, Kentucky. They enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their two black Labradors.
